About LilNom

LilNom is a daily-updated directory of what people on GLP-1 medications order at restaurants and buy at grocery stores, each find linked to its source. It's a food finder, not medical advice.

Updated Oct 27, 2026

Why it exists

Millions of US adults take a GLP-1 medication: an estimated 1 in 8, according to a National Restaurant Association survey (May 2026). In that survey, 93% of GLP-1 users said they had changed how they order at restaurants. Some chains and brands now sell menus and meals they label for GLP-1 users. We keep those menus, and the orders and grocery finds people share, in one place, with new finds most days.

Where finds come from

Every find carries one of these source labels and links to where it came from.

Chain menu
The chain's or brand's own menu, newsroom or product page.
News report
News and trade-press coverage of a launch or an order.
Dietitian pick
Orders a registered dietitian published.
Community post, not nutrition-checked
Public posts by people on GLP-1 medications. We link to the post, write the order in our own words, and never copy usernames.
Reader report
Orders readers send us.
Checked by our team
Items our team confirmed on the chain's own page or app, on the date shown.

How a find gets published

  • Every morning a script reads restaurant and grocery trade press and a dietitian's newsletter. Our research team adds finds from chain apps, stores and public posts, and a weekly check watches the chains' own GLP-1 menu pages for changes.
  • An AI model (Anthropic's Claude) pulls out the specific order or product and leaves out anything about doses, side effects or weight.
  • A person reviews every find before it's published: they check it against the source, fix the wording, and reject anything that breaks this policy.
  • What we include and leave out is in our editorial policy.

Not medical advice

We list food, not treatment. Nothing here recommends a diet or says what's right for you. Ask your prescriber or a registered dietitian about your own eating. Menus, prices and nutrition change, so check with the restaurant or the package.

Corrections and removals

  • Spot a mistake, or want something taken down? Email hello@lilnom.com, or use the Report link on any find.
  • We fix or remove it within 2 business days.
  • If you wrote a post we link to and want it off the site, tell us which one and we'll remove it. No proof needed. The same goes for anything that names you.
  • A removed find comes off the site, the RSS feed, the API and future emails.
  • Emails that have already gone out can't be recalled.
